When the time came that we were no longer able to keep Dad at home due to his progressing Alzheimer’s disease, we all agreed that Seven Acres was the place for him. Mom thought she could manage at home by herself but she was very lonely. It was her idea to move near to Dad next door at The Medallion. In a very short time, Mom seemed to get back to her old self. Knowing that both of our parents are experiencing such a wonderful lifestyle has made our lives a lot easier.

Our Wellness Program at The Medallion is designed to complement and nurture the physical and mental well-being of our residents while maintaining or increasing function. In addition, licensed skilled nursing services are available on the campus for The Medallion residents at Seven Acres’ Lou Lewis Skilled Nursing Program. For residents transitioning from hospital to home the skilled nursing program offers post-acute services that will enable them to return quickly to life at The Medallion.

Educational programs on varied health topics
