Unlike some other Assisted Living communities, The Medallion has a monthly fee which is basically all inclusive and is related to the size of apartment you wish to rent There is no long-term lifetime contract required. All residents at The Medallion have the option of using all services that are offered on the Seven Acres campus. That includes visits with the medical and rehabilitation staff.
As an Assisted Living community, The Medallion does not provide skilled nursing services. If this need does arise, residents have the option of transitioning to Seven Acres for this level of care.
